M249 S.A.W.
I really don't know what else to say other than it's an M249 Squad Automatic Weapon.
Happiness is a belt fed weapon.

How much did that M249 cost when you purchased it? I heard class 3 transfers along with the 200 dollar tax stamp are insanely high priced.
Also as a class 3 dealer are you allowed to keep the weapons for personal use or are you only allowed to sell them and can't really use a class 3 to enhance your own personal collection?
I'm wondering about that since I want to deal in class 3 stuff some day to.

I live in the wondrous Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I can own a Grenade Launcher here. ^.^
Full auto, Short barreled rifles, Silencer and other Class 3 weapons and Military hardware are available at the right price.
Of course, being in the military or Law Enforcement fields does tend to make it even easier.

I was living in nevada for alittle while that had some of the same advantages, lol.
Like a flame thrower was'nt even concidered a weapon over there 0.o But sadly I am currently in michigan right now.. so its suddenly not as loose as it used to be. At least I am not living in cali though.

Oh yeah? Michigan eh? my ex lives out there. I may be coming out that way to visit sometime. Not sure when... gonna have to be sometime either at the end of this year or the begining of next.
Anyway, yeah there are some pretty relaxed laws about certain weapons here. But it's not like you can just GET anything. You have to pass the FBI backround check and pay the ATF transfer fee to get any Class 3 weapons out here.
But, you tend to find a lot of gun enthusiasts who have a LOT of money end up moving out to PA just so they can OWN minguns and shit like that.

I would'nt mind doing that just cause as well. Living in PA or NV, but probrubly more less NV because I like there desart, and you can seriously walk less then a mile and legaly be able to shoot your guns. Its pretty awsome.. but now that I am moved back to my home state.. I have all these guns, and no were to shoot em' >.<
Well, it's not MINE. That belongs to my friend Kerry... and it cost a LOT.
For example... an MP5 class 3 is about $2,500 retail price... plus the ATF transfer fee.
but as a DEALER... depending on where you get them from, you can get class 3 weapons a lot cheaper.
And as a dealer... yes, you can keep them.
at least in PA anyway. I know a guy who is a Class3 dealer and his primary Carry is a Class 3 weapon. at least at his business... and his carry pistol is a FNH Five-seveN
And in certain states.... the laws and policies differ. So I would research it from someone who IS a class 3 dealer in your area.
