Another spider...! This should be the last of of them (for now)
Her inclusion has honestly shaken up my main story a fair bit.

Ahem- backstory time.

Medea is one of the many maidens at work in Sectonia's castle.
She came from a low-class family, somehow managing to work her way up with a lot of luck on her side.
She is shy, nervous, doubts herself a lot, and makes constant mistakes- leading to her being upset and crying a lot of the time.
Inside though, she hides a more spiteful personality that no one ever sees.
Medea's hands are always shaking- a slight tremor that's devastating enough to effect her work.

At first in Sectonia's reign, she was welcomed warmly, and Sectonia herself helped Medea, and forgave her for anything that happened.
Until everything changed, and Sectonia became the bee/wasp that ruled with an iron fist.
The new Sectonia saw all the imperfections in Medea; Her misshapen horns, her hair both messy and tidy, her inconveniences to the Queen.
This lead to Sectonia now treating Medea extremely poorly compared to anyone else in the castle.
From love to hatred. Medea only remains there thanks to Taranza.
In light of those events, Medea now despises both of them.

She's always been close to Halaro however, one of the few who have shown her kindness that she has accepted. She even has a underlying love for him, but is far too shy and lacks the confidence to tell him.

- After Sectionia's demise

Once Sectonia had been defeated by Kirby and the castle in ruins, most of the maids left and moved on to other jobs and places.
Many end up living in King Dedede's castle, whom generously allowed them to stay there until Sectonia's castle is repaired.

King Dedede is kinder to Medea, sparking a familiar feeling from before. She even starts to lose those hateful thoughts towards Taranza, seeing him in disarray.
Thinking she'd have more time to spend with Halaro- he leaves, for god knows what reason.

All along though, she's been planning something devious.
But will she go through with it...?
Everything is falling in to place... she only needs to act, and decide.

The shimmering reflection of something new warps her thoughts.

What she thought would be an eternity of slumber, wound up being a realm of magical mystery and sin.
Swooped in a savior that freed her from dark waters grasp.
Together they remain trapped, but not hopeless.

-Some extra little details

🔶Her favourite food is 'Petit Four Glacés', or 'French Fancies'. Sweet little square cakes with a thick layer of icing. Or any small cake with icing.
🔶Her poetry journal is filled to the brim with poems and journal entries. Confessions, her thoughts, and something else.
🔶Regularly spends time by herself instead of with the other maids. They all dislike her on varying levels.
🔶Spends most of her lunches with Halaro in the castle grounds, unless either of them are too busy.
