A reshaded (and redesigned) version of a 2017 pic that I spent a month working on but never really liked the result. Now I can finally appreciate all that effort! Everything is mostly the same, just re-drew his face, updated his colors and did celshading rather than the poorly done soft shading it used to have.

It's another one of those pics that make Seir look almost like he could be a nice person (a lie).
