since this is a anthro living in a anthro world is the meat feral or anthro? is it like sly cooper where their feral and anthros or is it like blacksad/beastars where theirs some feral animals on the land and sky but most animals are anthro and some anthros don't just eat big fish or big fallout sized insects and amphibians and some evil anthros resort to hunting fellow anthros.

No idea what kind of worldbuilding the commissioner has for his character x)
