Agatha is a good witch and she works very hard to brew the perfect potions to help heal her clients at the pharmacy. But even a good witch can get annoyed when the boss keeps ragging on her about the uniform policy and 'appropriate work attire'. No better way to prevent complaining and achieve a bit of peace and quiet than to turn her boss into a newt... for a little while anyways.
