When viewing the submission you can find it on the right sidebar, towards the bottom, under the header "Submission Options" -> "Edit Submission Info"
It's very unintuitive! You'd think that, as the uploader, maybe the li'l menu under the image would be tailored for that - I can't imagine faving your own upload or sending yourself a note are particularly oft-used options
