Spectral hands and feathers seem to be doing a rather good job of tickling his armpits, ribs, navel and soles, though he's just about holding in the laughter. I imagine that if we did grab some chopsticks and just delicately applied them in between the toes and stroking the insteps, that would completely break a ticklish shark's resistance.
