Emotional Fox has an emotion, but what is it?
A 30 minute sketch done tonight while out at a dinner event. I don't know what the emotion this fox is having, but there is one. Ambivelence? Sleepiness? Was there a knockout drug in his drink?
Mostly I wanted to draw a partially digitigrade character in a chair and this was a fun one.
I didn't do much erasing on this one beyond a few original general guidelines when getting the form on the paper. I'm trying to work on my speed so that a sektch like this will be my $20 sketch at cons. I would ideally spend no more than 30 min on any $20 sketch so I can get more done. I would hopefully be able to get 15 or so done a day.

This looks very much like someone chewed him out for cheerfully helping where they didn't want him.. I know I've felt that way a good many times when it starts raining the wrong kind of thanks.

Looks to me like he's ticked off at himself for forgetting to set the timer on his coffee maker the night before and now that he's finally got a cup of awake-juice in his paws he now has to scurry off to work with an insufficient dosage of caffeination. I do that all the time...
