I hope you all got some well-deserved rest. I was also on a small break, but now we are back in business.

Now during the break I reconsidered my learning approach and decided to go for gesture drawing practices.

I looked it up and it said to go to websites such as https://quickposes.com or https://www.posemaniacs.com set the timer to 30 seconds and do your best.

I cannot describe how difficult it was to analyze and draw a human being in 30 seconds. Mostly because you can't analyze and need to draw right away. Which is kind of the point, drawing with no analyzing. I have never done this before. And every time I wanted to draw I would always take some time to study my reference photo carefully.

This was an incredible challenge for me, but even after some 15ish images I did today, I felt exhausted, but I also feel like I learned a lot. So this will definitely be my focus for some time I feel.

I am posting this image to encourage anyone else who is getting into it so that you can see how "actual" first time gesture drawing looks.
