Here we have the second member of the Fox Flight, Dr. Vincent Anderson. Originally he had studied applied physics with some studies in mechanical and electrical engineering the demand for other fields of study and the needs of the Dominion during wartime had forced him to work in the field of applied psionics. The doctor leveraged his experience in the other fields to take unique approaches towards reverse-engineering the various pieces of lost technology recovered from the colony worlds.

His work helped to unveil the inner workings of many pieces of psi-technology, and laid the foundation for the emerging psionic amplifier technology that would come to define the later chapters of the war. However it also led him to defect to the Arcillian Federation once he discovered what his research was being used for.

While not originally a mech pilot like Jordan was he is responsible for research and development on much of the equipment and mechs they use, including his own mech designed to compensate for his lack of piloting experience and unique talents.
