Backstory:
Vinicius is the last florrenci created by one of the dragons before the end of the Draconic Wars. Vini was created by Arnfinn utilizing a diamond, which shards of said diamond all over his body. During the peace councils, Arnfinn pushed for Vinicius to be granted special privileges in accordance with his designation as the last dragon-born florrenci. Vinicius ultimately wants to live a normal life, but finds it difficult, as the other florrenci feel he has not earned his place of priviledge.
