Seen here, Captain Canada is a female Canadian superhero Siberian husky who fights alongside other heroes such as Cogent Cat for truth, justice, and peace for our neighbors to the north. Notice that her cape, just like Cogent Cat, shows the Canadian flag when it is properly displayed vertically.

Battle Uniform: The reverse of Cogent Cat's uniform; it is a white form-fitting outfit with red boots, gloves, and belt. She does not wear a mask. In the center of her chest is a red maple leaf. Her cape, like Cogent Cat's, is designed to show the Canadian flag when properly displayed vertically.
Alternate Appearance: Depends on weather; she wears a t-shirt and blue jeans when it's warm, and a sweater and jeans when it is cold, plus tennis shoes. Her job allows her to always dress this way.
Occupation: Employed by the city of Vancouver as a traffic light manager and supervisor (see below).
Superpowers: Flight, super speed, super strength, super-hearing, X-rav vision, super high jump.
Bio: Rachel was another case of having been immortalized since almost birth, since there was red CNG inside the hospital in which she was born. The doctors, nurses, and employees were all in the process of removing it as the terrorists were being arrested for smuggling, but it got Rachel and immortalized her. Although she is only 26 years old right now, a dream revealed that she will freeze at age 30, thus tying her with Leo the Patriotic Lion as the oldest of the G-52s, and the oldest of the female G-52s as far as stats have shown. She was a straight A student all through school, but her parents did not want her to be bullied or ridiculed, so she attended a private school instead of a public one.

Rachel's interest in traffic lights led her to get a job with the city as traffic light manager, meaning that she and a team of other workers install or repair lights, as well as check routinely to see if the lights are working properly. These often involve horizontal traffic lights with specially-shapedlights to assist people with color blindness; for these lights, the red light is a square, the yellow light is a diamond, and the green light is a circle.

Upon hearing of Cogent Cat's induction, she decided that because there were rumors there would be a Captain Canada in spite of that being a cliche superhero name, she should go ahead and use that name to make them true, because "while rumors are bad to spread, true is better than false," she said.

Rachel is fluent in English and French, and can speak a tiny bit of Dutch and Flemmish.
