Say hello to Jo-Jo. A wish granter who, after years of wishing and the inability to sleep due to insomnia, has blacklisted most wishmakers from their board. Using the words "I wish" in their presence has often resulted in violent outbursts from the wishmaker. Years of those disturbing what little slumber they can get has left the Jirachi angry, bitter and snarky to most if not all.
