I was just reminded that this song exists through an animatic I found a little while back, but I figured it kind of gave off DST vibes, so I decided to make something inspired by said song! So here's jackalope Wilson running off with his torch while menacing wolf Maxwell looks on from the darkness. Also, I knew I wanted to work with text in this image, so I went ahead and cut out "run rabbit" a few times using the in-game Curio Cabinet text. I figured it would work out well too, considering the fact that this is also the typeface that appears in the Don't Starve shorts where Maxwell talks to one of the other characters through the Voxola radios. In addition, I was also inspired by the "generating world" loading screens from DS classic especially where al the creatures look like puppets, so I went ahead and added elements from that in there as well. Maxwell IS the puppet master, after all.
