30/09/1989: First encounter/sighting of Poseidon caught however it was only through audio from a unmanned submarine, however the tapes were lost in a studio fire
03/05/1991: 2nd encounter: A unmanned sub camera was destroyed by seeming powerful percing force.
19/01/1992: First confirmed sighting of Poseidon. Lighting struck the unmanned sub but the footage survived.
