Lady Memu’s Balloony Odyssey
Chapter 4: The Odyssey Begins

It’s been two weeks since Memu’s first trip around Popstar when she’s inflating into her Giga Blimp with her Blimp Star, and her family has returned from their trip in Reef Resort’s hotel.
After her three flights since she found the Blimp Pearl, Memu gathered her courage to tell her about the necklace with the pearl that has the magic that makes only female users inflating like a balloon.
At first, Sir Ebrum would be surprised, Tuff would be shocked, and Tiff would be confused.
To demonstrate, Memu would like to show them outside at Castle Gardens, as she focuses her Blimp Pearl’s energy and inflates herself into her first Blimp form, and hovers above the ground which surprises her family, especially Tiff.
They have never seen her inflating like that.
A little later, Memu brought them into the library, and found the book where Tiff shall read it about the Blimp Pearl. The little girl gasped astonished that the pearl has the ability to make her mother breathe not just underwater, but in space too.
And that is what Memu always wished to see the whole universe…
A week later, that morning, a whole Ebrum family was assembled in the living room. Memu wants to announce about her odyssey into the galaxy.
“Ebrum, Tiff, Tuff, Lololo and Lalala. I know it sounds selfish of me to say, but… I’ve decided to go out into the universe to explore. Still I know you are my family, but I have a wish. Furthermore, I wished to explore the universe and discover all the planets. So with my Blimp Pearl, I shall fly up in space to see how beautiful the universe is. So that is why… I have to explore.” Memu explained even though it’s so hard for her to confess.
“Oh, sorry, now I feel so selfish to say that.” Memu apologized.
“We understand, my dear. If you have a dream to explore the galaxy, then I won’t stop you. But when you’re up there, please be careful.” Ebrum said.
“Thanks, darling.” Memu said.
“Mom, please promise us that you’ll come back.” Tuff said.
“I will be back, Tuff. I may come back in two weeks, and come as soon as possible.” Memu said as she hugged her son.
“Mom… I know you want to go to space, but… I miss you.” Tiff said while having tears in her eyes, and hugged her mother.
“I miss you too, Tiff. All of you. But I’m going to be okay. With my Blimp Pearl, I have nothing to worry about.” Memu said as she hugged her daughter back.
And so, after her farewell to her family, Memu went out into the balcony as her family watched her going out, and they saw her turn around and wave her hands, holding her Blimp Pearl, closing her eyes and focusing on its energy.
While her Blimp Pearl’s glowing, Memu’s body and breasts start to inflate while she’s feeling herself lighter before she hovers up from the balcony and floats above Castle Dedede while heading to the sky.
Sir Ebrum, Tiff, Tuff, Lololo and Lalala watch in amazement about Lady Memu’s flying away while she surpasses the size of her first Blimp form, which is still big as an oversized beach ball, and keeps inflating while she’s floating higher.
Tiff and Tuff are hoping that their mother’s going to be okay since she’s going to the universe to explore, as Sir Ebrum is praying for her safety.
Although, Tiff was wondering if there were more Blimp Pearls than one, so maybe she can join her mother once she comes back.
Meanwhile, Lady Memu stopped inflating into her hot air-sized balloon as her Super Blimp form while looked down at Dreamland below, seeing not just King Dedede's Castle, but also Cappy Town, Kabu Canyon, Dyna Blade's Nest, Whispy Woods' Forest, and everything around her.
“It’s sad that I leave my family at the castle. But I must see the whole universe with stars and planets.” Memu said while having tears in her eyes and giving the land a sad smile.
Eventually, as Memu rose towards the ozone layer, the view below began to give off a yellowish tint as she was close to leaving the planet's atmosphere. Once they rose past the ozone layer, even though she didn't explode due to a lack of oxygen, Memu did see that the view below was nothing but yellow now. She kept rising before approaching a field of star-shaped objects made of dirt, rock, and ice that formed two rings.
The objects in the rings didn't affect her, however. To her, they felt like unmeltable snowflakes as they eventually rose past her. Soon, she saw that Dreamland was part of a yellow star-shaped planet called Popstar, which has two blue rings surrounding it.
“Wow… So Dreamland is part of Planet Popstar. It’s so beautiful. Good thing that I lived on this planet.” Memu said, amazed as she looked up and saw the stars, "Wow, the stars are even more beautiful from space."
“Well, time to explore the universe. Here I go!” Lady Memu said, and with that, the massive balloon began to move forward in the universe, and flying forward away from Popstar.
And thus, her adventure has started.
While out in the universe after leaving Popstar far behind her, Memu drifts slowly forward while the small white dots glowing around her, which makes her more astonished. She touches one of them, and the dots sparkle around her hand. Memu giggled briefly, thinking it’s so beautiful.
Memu continued to drift forwards while looking at the space sky; it’s dark blue with glowing stars. It feels like a never-ending night, and there’s no land, except planets which she’s looking forward to visiting.
The first planet she visited was “Rock Star”, a desert planet mostly made up of rocks and sand, but has a little water and grass areas. Much of the planet's remaining water exists underground with vast rivers and lakes.
“Rock Star. I read about it back at the library. It's a home to mountains, deserts, beaches, constantly shifting geological masses, and unpredictable volcanic activity. I need to visit there.” Memu said as she descended to Rock Star.
When Memu arrived in the skies of Rock Star, she saw the desert with rocks, sand, and some stars. And it’s so hot, even for a ballooned lady like Memu.
“Phew…! It’s hot…! And I’ve forgotten my fan with me. Oh, dear.” Memu said as she waved her hand to make a little wind chill her head, but it was no use. But she has to keep going to fly around the planet.
Then she approached the ruins, but unfortunately, she was too big to get in. But that won’t stop her curiosity, and she wonders if she gets in.
“I wonder what’s inside the ruins. I need to see it.” Memu said as she’s floating towards the entrance, and taking a peek.
Nothing, but lots of rocks and debris, and of course sand. After a brief peek, Memu floats upward to the sky and moves forward.
A little later, Memu’s heading to the next area has ruins in the middle of what appears to be an oasis. And there’s no water.
“Finally, an oasis. But… There’s no water. Where did it go?” She asked as she’s looking around the oasis with no water.
Then she saw a huge hole, which is bigger than Lady Memu’s Giga Blimp form, which may lead her into the underground.
“Hmm, maybe it’s underground. I have to check it out.” Memu said as she descended to the hole, as she let the air out a little to deflate herself. And stopped into her first Blimp form and headed underground.
In the underground, there are some sand holes, but there is lots of water, and it’s so chilly here.
“Ah, finally a chilly underground, this will make me take a break for a while before I’m heading out to space again.” Memu said as she descended into the water, and relaxed while floating on the surface.
After a few minutes, Lady Memu floats off the water, heading back to the surface of the planet, heading up to the sky, and enters through the atmosphere before she’s heading to outer space, and heading out to find another planet.
Before she does that, she closes her eyes, focuses her Blimp Pearl’s energy, and inflates at a normal pace into her Super Blimp form again.
“Looks like my odyssey’s pretty good for a nice start.” Lady Memu said.
And so, her balloony odyssey continues when Memu keeps flying ahead to find another planet to discover…
