I really like StarCraft universe and there I want to show a bit of my headcanon.

After the events of the book "SC: Evolution".
Overqueen Zagara realized that the Swarm cannot fully communicate with the Terran Dominion and the Daelaam just because the Swarm doesn't have a suitable subspecies for this rather unusual matter for the Swarm. So she decided to create a additional subspecies of the Hive Queen. Clearly understanding how dangerous is Abathur, she made whole genetic work by herself with a help of the most loyal Broodmothers.

The result of the work was the new strain of the Queen.
They are not a complete replacement for the old strain but an addition to them.
In comparison with the origin strain they have:
- more mind flexibility
- more intelligent
- calmer and more reasonable
- lighter build
- a bit smaller
- less armored
- capable of vocal communication

These queens are settled in the border planets with the Dominion and Daelaam.
