Meet Tide. He is a robot Swampert, built to explore oceanlife as well as work as a valuable asset for ocean rescue missions. The propeller on his tail is used mainly to give Tide momentum underwater, and it can make him go as fast as a speedboat. The propeller can also be used underwater for short high-pressure bursts in case of any underwater threats. Tide can also fire high-pressure blasts of water from its mouth, using water stored within its body when surfaced. He also has relatively high physical strength.
Tide was given a high level of intelligence to allow him to make autonomous decisions and adapt to different situations during his missions. This also makes him mostly sentient. Despite this, he is still loyal to his purpose and his creators.
