Good news is I'm delighted with how this page turned out. Bad news: after talking to multiple artists, they gave me the advice that no one wants to hear... time, patience and practice. That's what it takes. I was sick today so I had the day the off and put about 12ish hours into this, and its just so true. Many people hope for a quick fix to their art, look to rush it, want a single tutorial to teach them everything but it just takes commitment to time, with a helluva load of patience and practice. Dang :p
