Hee-Ho, howdy everyone! Well, this one is a little bit different! Here we have Thomza, Laura (as a Delta Fruit Kobold) and even Ayvil! All of them wearing very specific looking gear. Things that make them look "royal" or even "god-like" in nature. Also, if you notice, Thomza is a bit taller right now in his humanoid form to actually stand next to Ayvil and Laura who are known to be massive for Kobolds and make them seem like Dragons. These armor sets that they are wear are mostly for the idea of fashion and presentation. For Thomza is known as the Pillar of Order and he must look much more presentable when it comes to meetings with the council, the various cathedrals and even roaming around the town of Bayshore. That and it gives Ayvil an excuse to wear and play around with her cape... Although they're still packing weapons even if made out of solid gold and not really meant for combat. Simply going for that "epic" scale of them being legendary heroes and well, gods!
Other than that? I don't got all that much else to say... Thank you all for reading! Have a wonderful day everyone! This one was quite the journey to get done as I really went all out there with the detail on the characters.
Fun Fact: The armor set Thomza is wearing is known as "The Overlord" armor set. It's actually very popular with Scalebolds and Mimins, it actually having a name and it is a more sci-fi version of his deceased, adoptive father who was once an overlord himself.
Fun Fact 2: When drawing this I originally had Ayvil's belly or stomach area out to match Thomza's own. Although I felt like the white wasn't contrasting very well and decided to have it covered over with a grey "weave" type of gear. I also planned on calling her armor set as well as Laura's Armor set "the Monarch."
Fun Fact 3: Ayvil's cape constantly snags on her armor set, especially her claws, but it's fine with her so she can play around with it.
Fun Fact 4: Thomza's form in this image is based off what others have perceived him as in mythology in the setting and it's why his muscles are so prominent.
Disclaimer and Copyright: These characters involved, and the artwork belongs to me, TwistedHensley. The Skin to Scales universe also belongs to me there, TwistedHensley... You get the drill. I want to point out that this is an Epic Dark Fantasy setting with a lot of mythological and religious tones and that there is no real-life connection to any of these events, religions, characters and it is fully, grounded, in fantasy. There is no copyright infringement also intended to other forms of media as Skin to Scales is meant to be its own thing and something I've been working on for a very long time. This is the same setting where faith is a massive part of the magic system.
