Context:
I have had four panic attacks in less than three weeks, and yesterday was the last and one of the worst. Tomorrow (Wednesday) my psychologist and my psychiatrist will see me, and with some luck we will find out what is happening since, unlike other years, this is the first in many that I have had this type of decline.
