There is a little loop at the top of Noibletex’s mask, that always seems to have a bubble ready to be blown
Well, I figured the wind would make that bubble able to be blown, from Noibletex’s mask, like so ^^

Imagine standing right in front of Noibletex, then the wind makes a bubble that catches and carries you away owo;
