i used MS paint to do the line art then used Gimp to color and exit it. this is one of my random art work that i have did, yes it look a little off on the lines (blame my dip-shit brother for being annoy and making me mess up on it.) this took me a week to finely get it done. and yes my mouse is messed up, so my art work is off.

(just so you know, i can't drew good with a mouse >.<)
