The Sims 4 fanart
My connection with The Sims franchise is strong.
I started to play when I was 14-15 in 2003. This game literally saved my life. I was severely bullied at school and thankfully it helped me go through my Junior High.
I wanted to play The Sims 2 game my PC was too weak... I wish I had it, It would probably help me again but eh, np, I got into talons of abusive ex...
Sims 3 got realeased on my 3rd year of History of Arts Bachelor. I wasn't interested in games AT ALL during that time.
Later in 2011 my now Husband and his friend shown me Morrowind and I started to play games again. I played Sims 3 a bit. it was cool but yeah, I wasn't much attached
I decided to get Sims 4 in 2014 but I never played it till now... I wanted a game that will help me to cure workaholism and... YEAH it worked.
I met Morgyn Ember in the gameplay and I learned about their lore... and yeah I kinda saw myself in that character, so I decided to create Sim very similar to them. Confused about their sexuality, gender etc... And Ignis happened so yeah. I am thankful once again for saving me <3 and giving me a representation. Trans/nonbinary confused person. Representation matters

I've always loved the sims. Sims 1 and 2. *chef kiss* The many MANY DS/Console games.
3 was honestly weak, 4 hasn't impressed me either. Don't get me wrong they are still Sim games, good engine and overall improvements, but for me it lost it's charm. I loved being able from scratch build a neighborhood, but the new games are just.... so stiff with it comes to developing your sim valley town to the last tree.

I never got to play one. Two I enjoyed and I loved three. Four feels so dumbed down. I only ever focused on one family, so I can see why three wouldn't be well-liked for someone who wanted to bounce around, but when focused on only a single family I loved the open neighborhood of three.
Some people really underestimate how much games can help us in tough times.
I’m very sort-tempered and tend to lose my marbles over simplest of things. I’m not like a GAMER gamer, but I love to dive into some when I feel very upset, sad or tired. That’s an awesome stress reliever.
Never played Sims 4 myself since I got no fitting tech for it, but I used to play Sims 2: Pets on my Nintendo Wii when I was at school…and I played the heck out of it. So much the disk stopped working eventually :,)
