Argus (in my lore) is a seadog on team 7 and one of the few trained in total silence. As such, he has been trained not to speak unless a higher authority tells him to. Those that have heard him speak have noticed that he is a British-American (American born, raised in a British household).

So when I came up with him, I was thinking of a silent suit character, one that speaks through body language and hand gestures, though if anything I might have to speak here and there as him x3. Anywho, I hope you all like this boio :3
