After I saw Sing 2, I absolutely had to jump on the bandwagon of Clay love--he's an amazingly designed (and very sexy) character, but even more so his backstory and development in the movie is heartfelt, poignant, and meaningful, especially for one who's in it for so few scenes. Plus, I've always liked Bono. Add in the fact that Nieve is a daddylion himself, that he already has blue eyes like Clay, and that being one of the fey gives him an association with music as well, and it all fits together perfectly.

So, like I did many years ago with Final Fantasy X's Auron, here's Nieve dressing up as Clay. I really wanted to reflect both sides of his character, and also Nieve's--like Clay, Nieve can look quite good in casual clothes (not just suits), and can also be quite playful and teasing, if not nearly so snarky (or grumpy). And like Clay, he has enough sadness or darkness in his past to have moments of uncertainty, regret, and even fear. Whether he can actually play a guitar, though, I'm not sure, but as a cosplay prop it works fine. ^_^
