I have the right to refuse service to anyone without any given reason.
All art must be paid for upfront before any work is started.
You may upload my art to your page/account but cannot claim art was made by you.
You may not use art commissioned to train AI or create NFTs.
All art commissioned is for private personal use unless permission is given
I may upload or use art commissioned as advertisement of my skills, please directly state if you wish for said commission to remain private.
You may ask for a piece without a watermark but all uploads of the piece must contain my watermark/signature.
Prices are subject to change and may vary commission to commission depending on details.
All payment must be in USD
Do not send payment before final confirmation of the commission.
No refunds unless I am unable to complete the piece
Tweeks to commissions are free but edits are an additional fee. If there are too many tweeks I may ask for you to pay the additional fee.
You may use the art work to promote yourself or your character
Artwork can be used as banner/icon and videos that are monetized as long as the art is not the focus of said video
Sketches can be finished/colored by the commissioner as long as appropriate credit is given.
Must be 18+ or older to commission artwork from me
