Simba was not the only one who suffered baldness.

Kovu noticed he was going bald when he saw that his front hairline was receding. He was shocked that he is going though it like Simba. Kiara assured him that she won't think of him differently and will still love him for which he is. This made Kovu feel assured.

After awhile of hair loss, he became fully bald on top. His back head hairline is lower than simbas.
