All the Nevreans above, alongside Hermes, Ares, and Hades, are male, whilst Aphrodite and Gaea are the only two females in this team.
Out of these ten, Helios, Zeus, Cronus, Uranus, and Poseidon are elemental Nevreans, each with an elemental power and associated bird;
Helios: Fire, phoenix / harpy eagle
Zeus: Lightning, golden eagle
Cronus: Earth, secretary bird
Uranus: Wind, peacock
Poseidon: Water (+ice), cryophoenix
They are all, like Solaris, refugees from Rain's attack on Nevrea.
The sergals, all descendants of Western sergal refugees, simply joined the team upon its formation. The markings on their foreheads are loosely based off the planet symbols of Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars respectively.
BTW, Aphrodite and Gaea are a pair of sororal twins.
The newest member, Hades, is an avali who crash-landed on Tal. He ejected himself prior to the crash, so he was safe, but his spaceship was destroyed beyond repair. He was found and taken in by the team, where they adapted a freezer room to be his home on Tal.
Hades has a special suit to keep him cool on Tal, as Avalon, the Avali homeworld, is significantly colder than Tal.
Hades can raise and lower his crest at will like a cockatoo.
