Oh thats nearly the way how I sleep sometimes. Ok without gag but sometimes with restraints.

how do you avoid cramps when sleeping in restraints ? :o

Maybe you dont believe it. But I often sleep in segufix restraints and I dont get cramps. Mostly I sleep nearly 6 hours a night. Ok sometimes I wake up because its not possible to turn around. But after some minutes I sleep deeply again.
Did you tried it and got so often cramps while sleeping with restraints?

Yes you are right. With straitjacket it is a little more a problem. But to sleep only in for example segufix restraints is absolutely possible. The first nights of course you wake up sometimes. But with the time you use the belts you will sleep the night without waking up anymore. Its a pity that we both live so far away. Otherwise I would say...come over to me and try it out.

SJ cramps are mostly based on the fact that it kinda pulls your shoulders forward and inward.
If you add padding there, you return to a relaxed position.
Padding in that case means to hug something big enough. Something like a sturdy pillow or a quite big plushy.
(Try to hug son things yourself. you'll imediately understand what's the right size for you. You feel it in the shoulders.)

And actually.. someone bound, hugging a plushy looks absolutely adorable.

I slept fine. And I also pulled the crotch strap tight enough to pull my shoulders forward. My flexibilty might have something to do with it.

I miss having a jacket I could put myself in.
