Edwin Sketch-a-Week: W31
🎨:
cyborgjass
Look at Edwin in this b-boy stance. I treasure traditional pieces. Pay close attention to the coloring work. CyborgJass and I went back and forth many times to get the fur color correct. Masterful job!
Detail = just shy of Plenty. There are many little color details and effects, from the shading in the cheeks to the gleam in the blue vest. Also, wonderful details in the clothing folds and creases.
Shape & Borders = just beyond Sharp, Hard Lines. The separation between parts is extremely clear. The line work was done with a thick, inky pen. Those borders help with some details, like the folded sleeves.
Anthro type = Anthro. The head and those digitigrade feet.
Furry Art Style Category = Technical, but rather close to Minimalistic.
