Although I am a turtle when it comes to drawing, even in Collab arts, this drawing was already planned for a week, because I already knew that this was going to happen in the anime, even though this silly expression of Kaido is not in the manga. Because from a realistic point of view, what would Kaido's head look like when he spit out a balloon that is bigger than his head? One of 2 things would occur to the animators of Toei Animation, either his head becomes rounder, or if he keeps his mouth closed, his cheeks inflate like 2 blue balloons and his derpy face. Kaido better spit on Luffy quickly, because if not, his cheeks will inflate to the size of all of Onigashima, considering that Luffy can become giant.

This will have a sequel, I just haven't finished it yet
