I am working on yet another warden OC... bringing my total up to 8 lmfao
Newest warden is a shapeshifter, because they inherited the Morphic gene from my morphic fey Adamai who was in warden form, got cornered, and did the equivalent of "Roll to Seduce" xD
And there were results, and the warden ends up learning they can shapeshift when they mature by doing it on accident and taking the form from humans they encounter, then freaks the HELL OUT because what the actual heck LOL

They acquire a form from human miners they stumble across... they lay the smack down on one of them, but then takes their form, so the rest of the miners come running to help their injured friend, scared because of the angry warden noises, but now there's NO warden noises and no warden, but there's a weird confused probably panicking naked guy growling at them
They would when in human form, yes! They'd probably be absolutely losing their SHIT because holy CRAP the senses are suddenly weak and they can't smell or hear and everything looks different cause they are seeing with LIGHT not VIBRATIONS and there's so much "DFLKDJFHLKSDJFHLKSDFLDLFSHJL" on the side of the warden lmfao
The Morphic genes changes the body entirely. The mind is retained, but the very DNA is modified into the form they are in. So they'd still have the mind of a warden... but, the body of a human. And any other form they acquire.

I like that a lot, that sounds very interesting! Hehe. Can't wait to see them! :D I can just imagine they shift into a human for the first time and then immediately collapse and writhe on the ground as they cover their face with their hands, hehehe. Poor thing probably so confused and overloaded with senses. XD
