A play on the 2 headed Cerberus theme in the manatear. But this time the most rare, a mostly stationary cactus dragon. They'll have plenty of time to make exciting decisions like "should we keep sunning?" and "should we sway some?" an exciting role as a tie breaker for a surprisingly ambulatory plant.
