The Tolesian Royal Banner serves as the oldest flag of statehood for the then-Valshad Empire. The banner was based on the royal colors of dark green and rich yellow. The royal symbol, the Imperial Crown, in the center of a spiral bar galaxy, representative of the galaxy they call Providence, is in a green fess surrounded by a yellow diamond flanked by two yellow stripes. It has been known for centuries that their galaxy was a satellite galaxy orbiting a much larger galaxy, the sight of which has captivated and inspired generations of creators and, later, Teshkava.
