I won't make my horse story as a deer story, but this was too funny to pass up. Eros finds himself in a compromising position as he tries to get his footing. He would later repeat this stunt as a stag.

If I made The Tribe into a Deer story instead of a Horse one, humans would be in the story. One of them would be researchers of deer. So with his butt up in the air, he would be vulnerable to be tranquilized and collared. The Horse one, I did not want humans in the story (it would make it akin to Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron if I did).
