Today's TFtober features the wonders of science and progress and wonder, brought to head with
JenoraFeuer's skunk scientist Sara turning some lucky... not skunk, but former human... into a housecat. In the most cacklingly mad sciencey way possible.
(Fun fact, you know the mad science stuff in Young Frankenstein is all the same equipment from the original Whale Frankenstein film? The set guy just had it in his garage. That's why it's so seamless.)
(Thanks for everyone's patience through possibly the worst period of burnout of my life. I got covid and had to teach myself to draw again (not recommended), I got scammed for a set of medical illustrations, and I'm proud I was able to pick myself up for this. Financially I have no choice. Before anyone asks - anyone I haven't gotten to yet will be slotted in automatically next month.
Plus, Now that I've met Richard "Please Don't Tell My Parents I'm A Supervillain" Roberts in person, I can 100% vouch for the Mad Scientist Laugh being disconcerting to hear up close, in the best way. Maybe this piece improved for being marinated in that knowledge.)

Well, not only did I call the original superhero version skunk Sara because of the alliteration to start with, but the three smaller androids (gynoids?) that she built as combat assistants were named Suzy, Sheila, and Sally. So it's not as if 'S' themes are a new thing.
Coming up with names can be hard.
