Did a few pixelarts as test/challenge on stream using strictly gameboy palette and resolution.
Was surprised how well they did and this ended up being one of the first commissions I made in the aftermath :3

Vapp is one of the few characters I drew so many times by now I wonder if I could almost draw him from memory lol
I always try to bring out chaotic gremlin energy in his poses, my favorite kind of energy for a Kobold to have (though I also love cute round friend innocent kobold energy)

Usually do very little dithering but think it served it well here making it look even more rugged or even a bit dirty. As usual most happy with cloth and esp the scarf, idk I love drawing scarf and Vapp is full of flowy cloth opportunities :3

I'd wanna add why he has bells on because I remember it's a cool character trait but I forgot lol
