Zel spotted his fellow intern Jessica Timbus coming out of the locker room at Science Laboratories.

To put it plainly, Jessica was a goddess. Possibly the goddess of supermodels. She was tall, busty, and capital b beautiful.

Her scary brother made Zel too nervous to flirt with her but he hadn't seen the big guy in a while. Maybe he'd quit and it was now safe to put the moves on?

(Said brother was just Jessica after a wacky lab accident turned her into a hunk. Zel never learned about that series of events though.)

"Hey, Jess! That's..." Zel paused. Taking in what she was wearing. "That is a really interesting outfit. Is jestercore the big new fall fashion or is that your Halloween outfit?"

Jessica laughed at his joke, which made him feel really good.

"Maybe its both?" She sat down on a desk and struck a pose. "Could you see this catching on?"

"I'm not usually down for clowns but you pull it off," Zel said honestly. And he'd like her to pull it off but c'mon horny thoughts. Stay in the back of the mind. "You can dress the part but can you tell jokes?"

"Sure. Why do you suppose the queen's cousin Earl Asani has such a rotten reputation?"

There were several reasons Zel was vaguely aware of but they didn't sound like punchlines in his head so he just shrugged. "I don't know. Why?"

"Its because he's always lion!" Jessica shook to make the bells attached to her costume ring. Zel was almost too distracted by what else shook to remember to laugh at the joke.

"What else does Jester Jessica do?" he asked.

"I sing a little, engage in frivolous acrobatics, and jiggle!"

"Did... you mean juggle?"

"I AM adept at handling balls." She winked impishly. She shook her body again to make the bells ring and parts of herself bounce. "See, jiggle. Well, you were staring earlier, too."

"Ah." Zel was embarrassed at getting caught. He changed the subject. "Halloween isn't for a bit though. Are you just trying the costume on?"

"My boyfriend has a show on Halloween so we're holding an early Halloween party. Don't want to miss out on all the classic activities. Costume contests, carving pumpkins, boobing for apples... And so on."

Zel forced his eyes back up. The costume really accentuated her... everything. Boyfriend though. Well, she would have a boyfriend. Probably her pick of the best dudes. But maybe he was a doofus and Zel could win her eye. Or maybe she had hot friends who were less tied down. Hope sprang eternal!

"Is that party open to crashers or is it invite only?" Zel asked.

"Swing on by. But you have to come in costume."

"That's the rule, huh? Who do I send the cleaning bill?"

It took Jessica a few seconds to parse that, then she laughed. "You have a dirty mind!"

"You're the one talking about handling balls. I'm just trying to get on your level, o' jester," Zel said. Now he had to find a really good costume on really short notice.

I also did an early Halloween thing and that's why this is posted later than usual. But I don't have a boyfriend who is a magical bunny.

Jessica and Louis are the type of couple to do themed costumes. I don't know whether that means he's also dressing as a sexy jester or a sexy king.
