I can relate to this feeling, for me it was during the covid era where I ended up being stuck alone in an apartment due to lockdowns. That period had a palpable feeling of self, of routine that felt like a script, of unnerving calm. Funnily enough I didn't draw in that period, but it has left me with experiences - still images of life, if you will - that will eventually mature into works.
