► New Song: “Elevator Action (Daymusik Remix)

Here’s a fun little remix I made from an old NES game I used to play a lot when I was younger.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is a song I made a little while ago. I went ahead and touched up the song a bit and I figured out how to record myself playing some of the game for a video and made a quick little video for it.
Elevator Action, a game I played on the Nintendo Entertainment System, uses what is called "monophony" for its background music, which is a style of music persisting of a single melody with no chords or accompaniment, most commonly recognizable in Gregorian Chant religious music. When I played it recently, I noticed what I used to think was some sort of droning bass note was actually the elevator's hum. It fit so well that I never realized it wasn't part of the music until recently, so I have that elevator hum Paulstretched throughout the whole song.
