Stocky is a mischievous pair of stock, he loves to trap people's feet in his stocks and tickle their soles with his hands. He can easily trick people into sitting down and putting their feet in the stocks
He mainly targets unsuspecting people who are by themselves, and tickles them till someone else let's them go, or he's satisfied with how much he's tickled them
I wouldn't trust this gremlin
