Summer is one of the two main characters of Kaleida Unveiled. Shy and decidedly out of her depth, but determined to do her job regardless, she used one of her first field days to study and photograph a watery environment that depends on the semi-aquatic laceroots to hold it together. Her degree in plant ecology will thank her later, but her desire for meditative peace and quiet thanked her on the day.

Much like the eborgine, furries have access to electronic writing devices but prefer brown paper that's made in much the same way as Earth's manila paper - and Summer has used it here.
