It doesn't, she is so big the camera can't see anything past her toes xD
However I do have 2 other saves where she is cut off at belly level and another which cuts of neck level. It's kinda nauseating since the shake effect is amplified depending on the size so it at one point it just violently shakes incredibly hard. I guess thumps like that make sense if she was that big.
