This weapon is for a future OC of  poke5869

Infused with the aura of Mesprit, this arcane staff along with the other 2 in the set, can both dish out damage and support allies in need. It is able to fire a volley of plasma bolts, with a high fire rate with medium damage, dodging attacks is not an easy task. Its second ability is able to project a field around the user that heals all allies in range, while also weakening enemies too. Of course being a pamp weapon, it is able to fire a beam that can turn others into plump poofy pamps for the user and their allies to wear. The staff has a unique property, its power amplifying if its in close proximity to its two other counterparts, unleashing its full power when all 3 staffs are together.
