I think if any of your characters could convince ol' Zairene to relax for a while, it'd be those three (Though I'd imagine Lust would be in it mostly for herself)
It'd be interesting to see her and Chan since they're seemingly opposites and both attractive in different ways X3
As for MK, I get the feeling he likes to go for challenges =3. I don't think he'd mind if she...took over either >//>
And Lust? It'd be interesting to see Zairene in a vulnerable position and how she manages to endure Lust's...lust X3
