Daily Microfic for 5/1/24 - Good Girl
Sly stepped through the glass door of the dusty-looking shop, intrigued by its sudden presence. She swore this hadn’t been here yesterday, especially a storefront that looked this long-standing and established. But now she was fascinated by its presence and had to find out what was inside.
The door opened to a cozy shop, although its products weren’t those of any normal antique shop. Sly felt a blush color her cheeks as she looked around and saw all manner of sex toys lining the shelves and counters. Despite the store’s apparent age, they all looked brand-new.
“Welcome to the Lilac Emporium!” An auburn-furred cat emerged from a purple curtain leading to the back of the store, her eyes swirling with purple, blue, and white rings. “We hope your tastes are suited by our selection, and I am more than happy to assist you with any desire!”
Sly scanned around the room. She saw an extensive assortment of dildos, vibrators, and a shelf of weird-looking potions. But the foxibou’s gaze kept returning to a neoprene pup hood. The base was black and the accents were a mix of deep purple, blue, and red. It was gorgeous.
The cat followed her eyeline and smirked.
“Oh, we actually just got that in yesterday,” she purred, leading Sly over to the display. “You’re not the first customer of mine to show interest in it, but none of them really had the proper mindset for it. You need to be a very good girl to wear that hood.”
Sly cocked her head. She didn’t notice the light purple sparks playing around the cat’s claws, nor did she register a few of them jumping off and sinking into her skin. All she knew was that she felt a compulsion to put the hood on. It looked so comfortable. So right.
She slipped it off its stand and pulled it down over her head, working her antlers through the holes that magically opened for them. The cat’s grin widened and she helped pull the hood over Sly’s muzzle. The foxibou had no idea, but she wasn’t removing it without help now.
“You do seem to be a very good girl,” the cat cooed, running her claws up Sly’s back. “The hood likes you. See, I know that because it’s bombarding you with subliminal messages to be a good little pet for the store. You can feel it, can’t you?”
Sly’s mouth hung open, drooling as the hood rewrote her mind. Any memory of the world outside the store disappeared, any thoughts outside of dropping to her knees before the strange cat witch were long gone. So she obeyed, dropping down and barking eagerly.
“Aww, such a good girl!” The cat scratched behind the hood’s ears, more of the purple sparks sinking into it. “You make a very pretty puppy down on your knees. You’re going to be a good mascot for the store, aren’t you puppy?”
Sly nodded and barked again. She was a good girl!
