Lightning Bolt The Super Squirrel - is a squirrel superhero who shoots lightning bolts at people. Lighting Bolt is very campy and flamboyant. He also speaks with a slight Minnesotan accent. He only appeared in two episodes of Tom and Jerry Kids. The character had his own segments in the spinoff Droopy, Master Detective in where his name was spelled as Lightening Bolt. Lighting Bolt is voiced by Charlie Adler.

Bernie Bird (AKA Bernie The Swallow) - Bernie Bird first appeared in Hard to Swallow in a canary-like yellow color, a friend to Jerry, and was chased by Tom one time, and later appeared in a Cyan and blue color, being chased by Kyle and Clyde. He is voiced by David L. Lander of Laverne & Shirley fame, and was a Panelist in the Peter Marshall and Jon Bauman editions of the Hollywood Squares.

Mary-Lou Pekanese - She is a yellow Pekanese pup who is the same age as Tyke, the object of his affection who was squeamish to compete with Her, but couldn't race because she had the measles, urging Tyke to take her place, and win the race. Her only appearance is "The Pink Powder Puff Racer". She was voiced by Nancy Cartwright.
