This one's been a long time coming...
I finally have another Pokégal to add to my roster, and more specifically, my Pokémon party.
I call her Taffy, because she's sticky, soft, and sweet just like taffy. She's also a bit derpy, and sometimes a bit of a brat, but she generally means well. She also has this interesting little trick she can do. You'll see what I mean, in due time.

Anywho, this is her in her basic design. I'll see what I can add to her in order to help her stand out a bit in this version, but the other versions will be a bit more unique, methinks.
