I spent hours and hours making this, because it's my favorite Spanish joke and I don't care if like 95% of the people who follow me don't know enough Spanish to get it. It was also a great excuse to draw my first Incineroar.
For non-Spanish speakers (which honestly basically includes myself, I've studied it casually for a few years and used to live in Miami, and while it's come in handy a few times at work, I generally wouldn't consider myself conversational), the joke here is that "tigrito" sounds like "te grito", which means "I shout at you". So, the comic reads:
Sprigatito: Hi, Mister Incineroar!
Incineroar: Hi.
Sprigatito: Can I ask you something?
Incineroar: Yes?
Sprigatito: How do you say "little tiger" in Spanish?
Incineroar: Tigrito! ('te grito')
Sprigatito: W-why are you shouting? It was just a question!
All jokes are funnier when you explain then, don't you know?
